Arguably it's going to be difficult at any concert for height challenged people but this venue does have a balcony and some sections off to the sides and in the back that are raised slightly higher than the pit area.

There is a balcony as well as railed off areas on the sides and an elevated area before the bar in the back. The stage itself is less than 5 feet high. I'm on the shorter side and have no problem enjoying shows there, so long as a tall person doesn't stand right in front of me.

I saw very few children but a lot of 5 ft people the balcony will give you good viewing if you get a spot.
