That sounds like the Strasburg Railroad (in Lancaster County PA)... there are handcars and crank-operated cars that kids can operate.
I don't think they have anything like that there.
I've been going to wilm&western rr for many years and ive never heard of a pedal cart gondola. Are you sure this is the correct railroad?
