2 questions: Since it's busy this summer, if you are camping and the beach is open, are you garenteed entry? Or will you be turned away if too many day visitors come? Can anyone recommend site numbers and why?

Have been turned away, even though the other half of my family was in there because the beach had reached its maximum capacity. Would suggest going earlier rather than later.
