Why stay open for drive up service when you can't offer fast food...On July 23 2021 we actually set in the drive up along with serveral other customers for over 1 hour and 45 minutes to get our order.

Wanted to check in to say nothing be has changed as of 1 Sept. I don't get they hype either, just go to McDonald's and get a burger with no ketchup and dip the bottom bun in a bit of water then cut it in squares...

Same experience here on July 25, 2021. Smelled like sewer inside and sweet tea was extremely sweet. Coke machine were out of order. Not good at all. I hope they are able to fix what ever are the issues.

Normally the alton castle is on point but these last couple months I think theyve been having a staffing issue

It's sad...And I love White Castle burgers

I'm not from here but it's like this everywhere these fast food places are trying hard to keep afloat but can't get enough workers to do it.

It's like that all the time unfortunately.
