Not sure if it's allowed or not but there is an area that is closer to the tree line which I'd imagine wouldn't interfere with anything
Don't know, but something as meaningful as what you want to do, I would do it.
I'd try going there and looking for a nice secluded part during a quiet time, then no one has to know
