Is it safe to drive up in a huge RAM 3500 truck? Or not?

I was fine in a Lincoln Navigator.

I drove my Ford F-150 crew cab on old SR30 yesterday and wouldn’t recommend it. The road is narrow with no shoulder and fences/curbs at the very edge of the pavement. In addition, there are pedestrians everywhere.

Yes, large charter busses & RV's drive up there. It's a fully paved road. Completely safe. Enjoy!
