Right next to the road along the Columbia River Gorge Historic Highway. Tall waterfalls just like Multnomah minus the bridge. Car parking is limited and pretty crowded since the view point is along the sidewalk. There is a trail that goes above.

Great day for a lovely loop hike! Decent climb up with a little hail to treat us at the top! Lunch at the springs and down from the top of Multnomah makes for a moderate excursion. Bring plenty of water and keep an eye on the trail # sign posts. Staying on trail is simple to follow if you can read the posted maps. Wet weather makes for silppery conditions as we encountered, but summer months give way to dry paths. Lovely area!

Wahkeena falls has a great trail that leads you to other falls and destinations. Can take a short hike or an all day adventure. Come early as parking spots are limited and fill up on weekends. First part of hike is a steep climb up to Lemmons Lookout. After lemmons, the trail is more gradual, but on gravel and can be slick when wet (which is almost always), so good hiking boots are recommended.

A must visit place when you are driving through US Route 30. The falls is right beside the freeway and there is a large parking lot very close to the falls. The view of the drop is magnificent and breathtaking. Ideal spot for picnic and for hiking.

https://www.oregonlive.com/entertainment/2019/05/multnomah-falls-trails-are-back-open-for-hikers.html I would Google wahkeena falls trailhead and drive there. It is on old highway 30. The link above states that the loop is open.
