Hi Tori, Sadly it seems, Liz is right. If you are trying to find out about Greyhound tickets and prices or bus schedules for them, please try the Greyhound app in the Playstore on your phone. It gives you all the information you need plus it allows you to buy tickets at much lower prices if you can buy in advance. There is a section that let's you see how close to on time your bus is gonna be. Since your phone can recieve an e-ticket you don't even need to see them except for the baggage tags for your luggage. If you have other questions the national # can answer those questions too but that app pretty much handled everything I needed to travel. I'm a Greyhound customer, like you, that came thru from Florida to Charleston. Open a new question here and I'll try to help you if I can. Safe travels, Tim
I would say that Tim did a thorough job of answering the question and even anticipated some that were not asked. Great information I would assume that you are connecting in another town with another bus so be sure to write down all of the connecting bus numbers and times to keep your connections current in the event you get a delay and miss your connection. Best of travels.
They don't ever answer you have to go to the station
