Terrible in Cleveland, Atlanta,on the way to Florida.Terrible in Florida, bus 2hours late, Terrible in Atlanta,1 hour late.On the way back home to Cleveland.Miss my bus connection on the way back to Cleveland.Bus isle too small,too crowded coming and going.Bus drivers rude.Terrible experience.

THIS IS MY 1ST AND LAST TRIP WITH GREYHOUND.....I JAD A TICKET FOR 0430 AM ON 5/7 GOT TO THR BUS STATION WAS THERE FOR OVER 3 HOURS AND THEY FINALLY SEND ME AN EMAIL.... TELLING ME MY TRIP WAS CANCELED......SO I WAS STUCK NO HOTEL NO COMPENSATION FOR MY WAGES LOST DUE TO BEING PUSHED BACK ONE DAY IM MY ITENARARY.... THEY DIDN'T EVEN SO MUCH AS OFFER ANY TYPE OF APOLOGY OR COMPENSATION FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THEY CAUSED SO WITH THAT BEING SAID GO BARRON BUS LINES WHERE LUXURY REALLY EXISTS ON A BUS SWITCHING FROM GREYHOUND TO THEM WAS THE BEST THING I COULD HAVE DONE..........

Buses run on time Sometimes Driver s Care about this too much. Driver on partner Line,Baron's left my Daughter stranded Look her straight in the Eye and drove off with All her 3 bags just because he felt like it. Greyhound rerouted her Cleveland she had to Sit on the floor for 24 Hours before she could Get another bus the Following day. She was traveling from NY to WV to move in With me because her Dad passed away Recently. She could not Remove her contacts Her eyes were burning No cigarettes her feet And legs swelled up For four days,this Swelling had never Happened before,she Could not figure out Why they hurt so bad. She reported what Happened they found Her bags and lost Them again the bus Driver hide them Baron s made him go Find where he put her Bag's. I had to drive Almost 50 miles in the Dark to meet her at Bus stop 1:20am When she was suppose To arrive 8:05am the Previous day. Ridiculous how she was treated just because she was parched& had forgotten Her 2 bottles of water At her house in NY. She never did get a sip Of water as the water Fountains were not Working. Should mention this was a glass building the bus Driver could see her This was a stop in Ohio Bus one way cost $243 in 2005 they only Charged $60 oneway From WV to NY I say they are gouging Needless to say she Will never take another Bus. Her car is in my Yard she had dropped The transmission Earlier,last year when Visiting from NC Glad no children on This bus with her.
