They have bad mngmnt,need to get better organized. Stop yelling out order, people can barely hear you. Microphone is not that expensive

Sorry to hear that. They make everything fresh to order. And sometimes they have a half a million orders to fulfill. I think you definitely got to make sure you have them repeat your order Before leaving the register just for confirmation. And try not to be indecisive at the register
Yes! I called and complained after I made it home only to realize they one of my sandwiches out. So I had to share with my husband! So annoyed!

Some mistakes are bound to happen. It's been good for me so far. Although if you want Italian beef, take a ride to chickiea on roosevelt and manheim. Way better than any other beef.
This is a very busy restaurant ive never had a problem. Always got what ive ordered. The wait is long but worth it .
I've never had a problem. Sometimes the food is a little cold, but it's the right food.
