Easy access to the parking lot from Clark or Ashland which is convenient. However, this location loses a star for; much like every other location I've ever been to, allowing large groups of older men to commiserate loudly in the dining area. They are a disturbance to the other patrons as they pointlessly sit there ALL DAY in groups of 4-5, bullshiting in second languages, sometimes they don't even order anything. I wish these restaurants would have the balls to tell these losers to get lost, this is not your personal living space, it's a business. Go to a park or somewhere else so the civilized people can eat comfortably. God bless.

Usually the employees are very nice but this morning going to the drive-thru I don't with the manager, possibly the owner since he wasn't in uniform and had a fancy diamond ring and watch on, who is taking orders. I always say good morning and I to the friendly employees, but the manager was absolutely insanely rude. I am in complete shock and have no idea why. The menu screen at the drive-thru was covered with the previous customers order and I told him that I was waiting so I could see the menu. When I pulled up to pay the manager rudely asked me if I've ever been to a McDonald's before because I don't know how the menu works.

Let's face it, fast food isn't fast anymore and that's okay if you're not in a hurry. This location has a tendency to close the lobby and bathrooms, in which that's quite annoying. The fries never fill the sleeve size it comes in.
