I ordered a Large fried Shrimp Dinner and while waiting outside My Shrimp was put in plastic and they were Soggy and Salty and I was given Red Gold Marinara Sauce as My dip. Fries were old. Terrible.

Just called to put in an order (6/11 at 11:30 AM). The lady that picked up the phone had a major attitude. I asked if it would be possible if they could separate my fries from the chicken to avoid the fries being in the sauce (which they always do for me). She stated, “that’s not my kitchen I can’t tell them to do nothing” huh? You can’t put the fries to the side? Stop hiring people with poor customer service. I asked for the manager and she hung up. I called other locations to see if they could help. One of the locations told me that the owner/manager won’t do anything, they too, have had problems there. I called again and asked for her name and she stated “I’m the one in charge, and I’m not giving you my name.” All this when you can just made sure there was a divider in the tray. I will be going to a new location in the future and also reaching out to my southloop network to stop ordering from there.

Bad, bad, bad experience. I ordered 30 minutes before going to the restaurant, when I arrived there was nobody inside and music was blasting, several minutes after the diva attitude cashier showed up to tell me my order wasn't started yet. I am writing this review while I still wait for my order. (1/hr for fries and nuggets) If you wanna get food from a place where staff doesn't give a darn about customers this is the place.

This is my first time eating sharks so I was a bit excited to try their wings and when I say my experience was terrible I couldn’t even eat my wings at all. My wings were undercooked and small like the size of my palm, black on the inside ruined my whole experience and money. I wouldn’t recommend nobody to order from here. Just nasty and trifling
