I'm not able to get door dash service but I can get UberEats and Portillo's food is always ready.
Sorry to hear that. I never messed with door dash. I always slid through the drive thru. Quick and easy.
I wouldn't blame door dash, I blame Portillo's I had order several times and they always get my order wrong. I called Portillo's main office and got credit for 3 meals.
In most cases the courier can't check the order and you don't want to encourage couriers digging through your bags. The merchants job is to get your order right and the courier's job is to deliver. Understand courier service is not room service. If the order isn't right blame the merchant not the courier. Most of you don't tip and hide behind the app saying that you did. Cash speaks volumes when it comes to appreciation.
Don't waste your time. It's unreal you have to wait 30-40mins for a burger, chicken ect
I have never tried DoorDash. I would try GrubHub if you want something delivered from Portillo's. I never had a problem with them.
I go get my own food They have 2 lanes a person take your you pay them your food will be at the window or they'll bring it to you Sorry your order didn't come out right
