Yes there is a dump station. Whether there is water for flushing and rinsing depends on the season
I believe the answer is no, State Park not a campground I could be wrong but I doubt it. Most of the spaces are built for trailers a few towards the front are good for a tent. I suggest you going on online if you want a state park that has a dump station. Have a great day
