Why is customer service always closed when the only hours posted says 8am to 8pm? Very aggravating when you walk to get money order and can't.

If the hours have changed then they should change their paper sign to the proper hours.

Due to Covid-19 the hours might have changed along with the store hours.

I've had that SAME PROBLEM there; they changed their hours due to covid, however, it appears that the hours of service have been decreased again - I went in there right at 6, and they were closed. I'll have to look into that more thoroughly.

Call the manager on duty and ask.
