What are the Covid safety practices like here?

The man who didn't wear a mask should have been flogged 100 times with a wet noodle

There are signs posted stating masks are required but it's not strictly enforced. We watched a man enter the restaurant without a mask and sit at the bar. My husband said the maskless man sat directly in front of a bin of clean silverware so we left. The do try to seat people six feet apart and staff wear mask (albeit sometimes incorrectly with noses exposed).
