BUG CENTRAL! Went here for my kids to have WiFi during an outage. First room we got had a wolf spider in it so I asked for another, checked that room found wolf spiders. Finally after a third room we found no spiders. But as soon as I turned down the bed there were bugs in the bed. I mean if you like spiders and bugs great place to stay! Smh

Awful experience!!! Upon checking in my card was charged hours before I even arrived once I arrived check-in was very easy got to my room nothing like the pictures indicated very outdated, awful smell. Opened the drawer beside the bed & found cigarette butts ashes and even a baggie of drugs. Called the front desk she came down there to collect the items told her I would no longer be staying here that I would like a refund she claims she contacted the manager and he stated there would be no refunds given the rooms come as is…… have contacted the hotel since then several different times to speak to the manager and he is avoiding me at all cost. By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Disgusting hotel and bad management. The room was filthy. The tub had mold around the bottom of it, there was noticeable dirt behind the bathroom door. The shower was broken. The refrigerator was not only dirty but barely cold. There were cigarette burns on the sheets and what looked like blood stains. There was a “sticky substance” on the comforter. (I’ll leave it at that). My credit card was charged upon arrival. When I went back up to the front desk to let them know, the lady was very nice and said she would issue a refund. We left and went to a different hotel. The next day not only was the entire charge still there, but they had HAND KEYED in an additional $106.00 to my card. Since I was still in town, I went back in to find out why. The lady at the counter said she didn’t know but they shouldn’t have taken my card at check in anyway. She also said she would have the manager contact me. He NEVER called. I disputed all charges with my credit card company and got my money back. So beware!! Not only is this place filthy but they are crooks.

Great stay! Good rooms, friendly staff. Highly recommend. New management is great. Especially the General Manager named Dee, very friendly and knowledgeable, would have made anything possible for an amazing stay. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.
