I really wish there was an option for 0 stars. I am not one that likes to pay money to establishments that do not care about their guests. My family are pretty much regulars here (until now) after church on Sundays. They typically have a good crowd there on Sundays. This past Sunday was also Mothers Day. They did take reservations which seems weird to do but they did so there was some seating that had no one for an hour and a half since the reservations weren't until 1:30. There were two waitresses in the back that were so tremendously rude that had I not been with my family for Mothers Day I would have left. The first waitress was very rude when we went to sit down when a family was leaving. It was 12:26 and we were going to sit down and this waitress (either Amber or Kayla) told us that table will be reserved for a 1:30 reservation. We looked at our clock and it was 12:26, we said that's in over an hour, we should be long gone by then, it should be fine. She rolled her eyes and walked on. Then the other waitress (either Amber or Kayla) was clearing that table for us and we had mentioned how it may be better not to have reservations on a holiday after church because its keeping them from some business, just making conversation and this waitress decided to say "well its not so much the reservations but the ones that come without one that make us have to adjust". I said so we're the problem to my mom and she walked away. Both waitresses Amber and Kayla were so rude I do not understand the need. Not to mention if your child is over 8 years old you will be paying adult buffet prices for kids. The waitresses also have to be flagged down to get refills, they do not check on you as they should. We had the blond haired waitress once and that was a good experience but the rest of the time was a joke. I absolutely will not be back, not that it matters, but I do not pay establishments that do not take care of their loyal customers. Management needs to take some charge and fix the issues that many people have reviewed about. Staff shortages or not, if you want good customers frequenting your restaurant, it is not a good idea to have staff with rude attitudes. This restaurant however has plenty of staff to do much better!

We stopped at Fursrty's to pick-up dinner as we were passing through the area. The food was ok, but the service was lacking. There was not a staffing shortage, but the employees were not very interested in working and helping the customers. They were all congregated around the counter talking and looking at their phones. When I walked up to the counter to order, no one rushed over - just stared. The food took forever to arrive (they were not busy at all), and then sat for 5 minutes before someone decided to ask whose it was (had I known it was mine, I would have asked for it). I regret leaving a tip on this takeout order. If good service is not a requirement for you, then I would suggest trying the food as the pizza's looked good!

Good food. You can either do buffet or be served. We did the service. The service was ok but could have been better. We were told that we had to get up and some stuff ourselves like condiments. I never had a waitress or waiter to tell me that I had to get my own ketchup before.

I wish I could speak on the quality of taste of these pizzas but, unfortunately, a disgruntled member of the kitchen staff took his frustration out on these pizzas and I didn't trust eating them out of fear for what wasn't visibly wrong. Not only are the staff members immature, them nor the owners didn't so much as offer an apology. Support another locally owned restaurant that cares about treating fellow human beings with respect.
