For the price, it's alright, but it truly does reek of smoke. The air quality in the room was quite poor and I literally refused to take a shower because that bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while (and clearly wasnt as once you open the shower, the dirt flushes down the drain. It still didn't look all that better tbh) The free breakfast was nice, though, and had the typical things you expect. Fortunately, there were no bugs in our room, and the beds were clean (idk if it's a good thing or not that the bedsheets and pillows smelled like bleach. I'm going to say it's a good thing). We only stayed one night, and it's a good thing, too, 'cause I can't imagine anyone staying here for longer and being comfortable. I'd recommend it for emergency stays, but not anything longer than maybe 2-3 days.

This place is terrible. The only thing that got it two stars is that housekeeping was extremely friendly and welcoming. Roaches! Literally before I found the light switch I saw two roaches, and plenty more during my stay. Clearly this motel is a place where people live, not just stay. That said, the atmosphere isn't too bad. No bed bugs thank God. The room is a bit outdated but serviceable. It's just my opinion, but it feels like someone bought a once nice hotel and kind of neglected it. There feels like real potential, but perhaps the owner isn't up to the task? Unless you're in a bind I'd recommend elsewhere. I stayed here because I needed to keep my dog with me

We checked in without any issues but when we went into our room, we immediately were hit with a smoke smell poorly being covered up. We noticed the fire alarm was ripped out of the wall and left there as a hole with a wire hanging out. There were a lot of cracks, holes, and other asthetically displeasing issues with the room, but we could deal with that for the cost. We used bleach wipes to clean the surfaces we'd be touching and they were not very clean, there were also burn holes in the blanket on the bed. My friend stepped on the floor in bare feet one morning by accident and her feet stuck to the floor. The shower had some brown marks in it that rinsed away just by turning on the low pressure shower head, so that was gross. There were also long hairs on the towels, in the shower, and other random places. We only had the place for 2 nights, but on the second night we ended up finding a cockroach and after sufficiently freaking out and clearing out our bags before repacking, being sure there was nothing in our stuff, we headed to the desk at 1am the morning we were due to checkout. When we told the guy at the counter, he just said "oh, sorry" in a monotone voice showing he was not phased in the least. No offer of a refund, no apology that seemed sincere. It was a beyond disgusting experience and we will never be back. I highly recommend paying attention to this review because I saw the rating and thought this place would be decent.

I have been staying at Gill's Inn and Suites as an extended stay as my housing situation took a turn during the COVID-19 Pandemic. My experience here has been more than wonderful, after being here for four months (so far), I can confidently say that the accomodations here have outperformed what I received at the Holiday Inn Express located nearby. The staff here treat me as one of their own, they make sure I'm taken care of and don't rush me when I need to pay rent (like most other hotels do). The rooms here have been renovated and look amazing. The wood aesthetic makes it feel real comfy to stay in. The beds are extremely comfortable and there is plenty of space to store my belongings. The floors are hardwood and were clean when I checked in (I clean the room myself and don't bother housekeeping now) and the curtains cover the window, but you might have to work with them to achieve that. They are currently working on some renovations on the exterior of the property now, and I imagine the place is going to look even better in the near future. :)

Yes they rent by week. I think it's $260.00 a week that's one king bed. Now it might be more.
