Pilot has a mypilot app you can download. They have sensors in the parking lot and the app well tell you exactly how many parking spots there are even throw snow and ice
Early its not bad after 6 pm starts to get full.
You should be able to find easy parking that early. It also depends on the weather. If ODOT closes 58, it fills up fast.
