They have tours every 20 minutes. The only difference is audio or tour guide. Tours are roughly 1 hr but you end up walking about 1 mile at a leisurely pace to keep the group together.
Tour was easy, no stairs just a steady downward descent, then back up. Whole tour is only 75-90 minutes lots of stops during the tour, plenty of time to rest if needed.
Like everyone said, its hour. Plus no more stairs to get down to the cavern.
