Has anyone else been here and had the world's slowest service? 12 min to give order? 18 to get food and it's cold? Is it the worst new Wendy's ever?

Always slow when I have been there.

Very bad on 10/12/18. Same experience.

It is pretty bad. I waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes the other day.

Yes I'm sitting in line now been sitting here for almost 10 minutes waiting for one order french fries, it's ridiculous.

It was like they did not care. They advert new crispier fries and in that 28 min wait , I saw 6 full baskets. All cooked and getting cold. Yuk
