Felt like my 13th reason in the moment. I went with my boyfriend for a late dinner. We did the mobile order. I was Craving a milkshake. On the way home I looked at it and it wasn’t blended. All the chocolate was sitting at the bottom. I tried fixing it myself but the chocolate wasn't moving much with a straw. I gave up on my milkshake and didn’t drink it. I give it three stars because my boyfriends order came out perfect.

There was no line but we were asked to hold at the speaker. It took over 5 minutes and us asking two times if anyone was there before we were helped. Pulled up to pick up our food and waited 8 more minutes before we got our food. The food was very fresh and correct, however!

Sat for 15 mins in a 3 car drive through and when I got to the box to order I was made to wait another 5 mins before I asked if anyone was there. The response was “I’m only one person”. What ever happened to customer service, this is who needs $15 an hour so she can take a food order every 20mins. It’s not fast food when I spend a half hour trying to get a burger and a drink. People hardly get that for lunch break.

I've seen some bad reviews on this location, but honestly the bathroom was clean, my original reason for stopping, and the burger I ordered was a solid McDonald's burger. The girl behind the counter who handed me my order and drink was polite. Really, nothing wrong with my visit, and for McDonald's that's all I ask.
