This place is better off shutting down than running the way it is. One door was locked so we thought it was closed inside. Sat in the drive through for 15 mins until we realized the other door was unlocked. We went in to get our mobile order. The food was cold and stale. We asked for ketchup packets as they were all sticky and gross with what I assume is old ketchup from one busting. Very unsanitary and couldn’t even use most of them. The entire floor everywhere was slippery from something…seemed like residue from something. There was a huge puddle of water by the drink machine, about as big as side table. Every inch of this place is gross and unsanitary. Basically all the drinks were out as well. The ketchup pump was out and had old ketchup all over it with flys and whatnot. The bathrooms were dirty and gross. I have never had a worse experience at a restaurant. I am also not one to right bad reviews but this place is just straight unsanitary and dangerous. Will never be back.

Short of help,, manager on at time not so good. Cashier gave my order to someone before me cause manager set it up wrong, had a meltdown in front of me,, sent me to waiting line for 10 minutes all was hot with cold fries, was a remake order. But meltdown manger brought my order in three times todle time one hour. For 2 sandwich s and 10 nuggets,and large Chelle. Corporate is felling there company. And you all will lose.

I know there are supply chain issues and staffing issues everywhere, but this was not fast food. The dining room was closed, so we sat in the drive though - for over 20 minutes. Then when we get to the speaker, we find out that they do not have french fries and can only take credit cards for payment. It would have been nice to know that before waiting 20 minutes.

Waited in line for 21 minutes behind 7 cars in drive thru then when I get to order they tell me their system is down and they can't serve me. It will be a cold day in hades before I go there again. Went to Popeyes across the street, ordered and received food in three minutes flat.
