Don't understand your question. I have no problem with the service or wait time. You could always go somewhere else. I hear Dunkin donuts has good drinks, I wouldn't recommend it, stick with their donuts.
I know that the one i worked at had a lot of turn over so more time spent on training (a rediculus amount of time for training) leafing to slower service because if we made just one step wrong had to start all over so poor customers had to wait longer as a former employee i do apologise for you wait and bad customer service. No excuse
