Take a train or light rail to Union station and walk 1 block to the mall. Free busses run the entire length of the shopping area.
There are a few parking garages. One is on 17th and Curtis. From 17th turn left onto Curtis and the garage is a driveway (on the left) that goes under the building. Its $5 all day Saturday not sure what the rest of the week.
Metered Street parking, or park up closer to the Capital (cap hill) and there is free 2 hr parking up there. Meters stop about 4 blocks outside of Downtown
