Are all the stores 24 hours?

No, there aren't any stores on 16th St. Mall that are open 24 hours.

Actually the walgreens closes @midnight. 7-11's are the only possibilities after 10pm down here Downtown resident... ✌️ Peace

I can guarantee you that you dont want to be down there all hours of the night. The homeless population is visible during the day, I wouldnt test the night

Maybe the Walgreens, but none of the others I am aware of.
