We have taken the fight vs COVID very seriously. We follow CDC, State and Local Health guidelines but have also done more. All guests must wear masks unless sitting at their table. Employees must wear masks and continually wash their hands. We also do health checks on our employees. We use disposable single use menus, individual condiment packs, all silverware is wrapped and brought to the table. After a patron leaves, their booth/table is completely sanitized and disinfected. We have installed MERV-13 filters in our Heating and Cooling System as well as UV Lights into our return ducts which kill 99% of all bacteria and virus. Between our booths we have installed barriers and where not possible we keep a 6 foot seperation. We have also retained FOGDOG's who spray the entire diner with a hydrogen peroxide solution to kill all virus and bacteria on surfaces. These are some of he practices that we employ to fight COVID and as new information comes out we do our best to keep up.
