My GF lives here and it's really very clean but the pool situation is horrible. When she sighed lease it was said the pool would be open from Memorial day and hours like 10am to 8pm. They didn't open pool till 4th of July weekend and basically part time hours 12-5. Worse is last two Saturdays closed and for like 4 days they went to regular promoted hours when signing lease and you think OK great looks like we will get rest of summer but nope its back to 12-5 weekdays (most people at work) and closed completely on Saturdays. Such a shame because nice pool set up and main reason she came to this expensive complex.With that said everything else about this complex is great.The staff second to none and I know pool issue is a corporate error and not staff at this location.

Complex is nice and for most part very quite which is a plus. The people who work in leasing agent are nice but we're in middle of June and the pool thing is really annoying for the money we spend, the main reason I picked this complex over others was the pool set up looked amazing and was willing to pay more for that. No pool and have not been given a real update since they told us they will not open Memorial Day. Just don't understand how a franchise as big as Avalon could have botched up the pool, I mean it seems like they waited last min to start looking for a solution to their problem

My girlfriend lived in this property after we moved out of NYC and it was one of the best experiences of my life. Management was amazing at taking care of our issues. We always treat everyone with respect and the staff returned the favor, esp John A. We hope to come back once we finish our world travels. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to live in a quiet peaceful, well run neighborhood with awesome people!

Avalon Wharton is an amazing place! Great office staff, really helpful maintenance, and a beautiful complex. John and Sarah truly go above and beyond. Highly recommend!
