Stevens Pass is free but you need to pay to park. If you get tickets for the lifts you need to pay. (This is during skiing season idk in the summer)

Parking is not free during skii season unless you are skiing.plus you need to pay for cable car to go to the top. Offseason resort is closed so parking, sledding is free.

Stevens pass is free to visit. Riding the lifts requires a lift ticket.

Parking is free and area is free for foot traffic and sledding until the resort opens for winter season.
