The Customer Service here is terrible. They need to retrain their staff on how to treat guests. One bad apple spoiled the bunch.

I don't believe that. The staff was receptional and they were very friendly.

All the staff I encountered were very good and extremely courteous.

Perhaps it was an off day or a different employee. I didn't have that occurrence but sorry you had that happen.
