My last experience with my couch was great however I ordered a dining room table and chairs and Buffet in August and we are now in February and no sign of my set. I get Covid is causing delays but this is BEYOND acceptable, and they are still selling it?!

My husband and I went in to just look at some small couches that turn into beds for our den/office The Maha in the Iselin NJstore was so wonderful and helpful! We wound up buying one of the couches she showed us. She was so nice and professional that it made us want to purchase right then. Thank you.

Chris was an excellent salesman. Greeted us kindly, had a very strong knowledge of his inventory and showroom, and tried more to get us something that we needed more than what would produce the most revenue. Very satisfied with the customer service. Can't wait for my couch to get delivered.

I would contact their corporate headquarters and speak to someone above them, maybe they can help you.that doesn't seem right just because it was over 5 days as if it would make a difference
