Why is this drive through always so insanely slow when there's noone allowed in the lobby? What are people doing? Why does it take 45 minutes to order a burger at the drive thru?

Honestly I'm baffled, its like the younger people these days haven't been taught work ethics, what's going to happen when they are running our country. Management is hiring and not sifting through and getting qualified personnel or being involved and being the manager they was hired to be. It defines who they are also. Wendy's is who works for them, a name means nothing nor what it promises in there commercials. If they don't put quality out the window we the consumers will stop eating there.
