I have to disagree with everyone else who has commented here. As a general premise, lifeguards do not allow Inflatables to be used by children in the ocean in Brooklyn. In fact, you shouldn't want your child to be held up or dependent upon any flotation device at any time. Flotation devices are not substitutes for parents attention. The currents in these oceans can be very strong and can take a small child away and drown them quickly. Beware! This is not a joke
