RISE UP NYC🗽, I had a blast with my wonderful family @ Wingate Park Concert, thanks to all the artists for giving us a great show…shout-outs to the Mayor of NYC Eric Adams, Funk Master Flex, MA$E💪🏾

Classic place. Come here to get your workout on, basketball, handball, track and field, football, whatever. I don't know the entire history of this place but I know it's been around before I was born (1984). I like that the courts were remodeled. Still, I think it's time to redo the track and field and "lively up" it a bit. Beyond that, I have nothing but great memories here, from balling in the park to hitting the Free Wingate Concert Series.

It's a great place to run a few laps around the track. And in the evening during the winter, it's a great place to walk your dog, rather than walking all the way to Prospect Park. (In the morning, I wake up early and go to Prospect Park instead.)

On the same place you get children’s play ground with rides. Six basketball space. Handball space.. running tracks and also a big grassy green field with benches for audiences like stadiums..

Yes you should
Summer it's over, Lapor Day its next week. Goodbye summer. Yeah ☺️
You can take either the b44 or b12 bus that stop right down the block from the park and you can take a folding chair if you feel like it I believe. The 5 train is actually 2 long blocks down from the park

I'm not sure but it's called the Martin Luther King Concert Series so maybe you can Google it
The track is alittle over 300m. you have to run 5 times around to reach 1mile.
