The employee who's working the front door has a thermometer gun to read your temperature before allowing you to proceed into the restaurant; mask or no!
No mask no entry at all.. and staff is very professional and very clear when they're speaking about the rules and enforcing it
If there is a line you wait outside and they have things on the floor to show where you should stand 6ft a part. Multiple people are not allowed in. It's one by one and you pick up your food from the entrance door when it is ready... masks are required
