probably my 5th at this location but tonight food was more tasty and the waitress was super friendly and funny! Took our friend whose visiting the US and he loved their lobster will definitely return and I do surely recommend!! Wait time was 10 mins

We visited 3/31/22. We were a party of 10. It took a few minutes to set up the table. We had and AMAZING SERVER Michael M (MIKE). He as SUPER PATIENT & definitely dealt with a lot of demands from my family. Everyone asking him a million questions but he was SO PROFESSIONAL & with a no problem attitude. We had family come from Puerto Rico & a lot of my family Lives in Brooklyn but Im from LONG island not a fan of BROOKLYN & I must say I was AMAZED at the service and the food quality. Food was served HOT & perfectly paced. I appreciate the GREAT SERVICE & Kitchen staff. My family was Happy and NO COMPLAINTS. Thanks Mike Keep doing your thing you are definitely MANAGEMENT MATERIAL. Definitely needs some sort of compensation/recognition. 🙏🏼When In Brooklyn Ill definitely be back. Thanks again Mike you ROCK.. Im sure youll never forget this CRAZY party of 10 😂

Had to downgrade to 3 stars because I literally was at the table for over 2 hours. Server we had was also working the bar area and we barely saw her. Not really her fault just whomever was managing should be a fault. Food was tasty as usual so I have no complains about that.

Your only option is to go to the store with your receipt and complain til they give you the items missed or refund and also call Corp and complain on the manager there that is in charge they dont answer phones there they are under staffed for the amount of orders they are receiving

That's bad. That location is extremely busy on weekends but someone should answer the phone.
Sometimes they take reservations, other times they say they don't , I'd call anyways before I show up especially on week ends
