I went to red lobster on 125 street and the waiter we had was very unprofessional. He didn’t come back to the table to serve us our wine and tableware. We had to call another person who brought us the wine. He brought salad instead of cold slaw. What’s up with the shop rite bag and 99 cent container. How ghetto is this red lobster.

STORE No. 6385 Table 51 Check No. 27263 I feel that this location is declining in service. Took my family out to eat and met up with 3 employees at the hostess booth talking as they saw me and my family waiting for service. After 2-3 minutes they took us to our table. We had ordered our drinks. I had ordered a beer, which not only took a while to get but also no glass. Beer should never be consumed out of a bottle at a restaurant. The food was good, but they have done better a while back. When I had ordered another beer, it took a while... again. This time an employee that was definitely under the influence came up a bit confused about my beer. Not a good look for a business. After a couple of bites I realized that there were no napkins. I asked my server for extra napkins... about 10 minutes later I just got up and got my own. I can understand if t was crowded... but it wasn't. Apart from my table, there was 2 other tables and 2 booths. Not a crowded evening. I ended paying the "* suggested 18% Gratuity Included" due to crazy economic times... but the staff needs to do better.

I live in Harlem and I love seafood. Red lobster is one of my favorite restaurants I’ve visit often. I’m highly obsessed with their cheddar biscuits. Which are unlimited when you dine in. Their stuff mushrooms are to die for. And their drinks amazing. Best time to go is during lunch time. Please ask for Nikita w. She is one of the best hostess there.

I don't like to write reviews that aren't great but I feel that being honest is better than being kind. We went last night because the olive garden and Applebee's on 125th have been shut down. The host and waitress were very kind and the dip we ordered for appetizer was amazing, the biscuits were very good as well, I had to request the biscuits, might be a new thing, it was my first time at any red lobsters in years. The place was not busy at all (for dine-in) and yet when I received my food it was cold, the cheese on my loaded mashed potatoes were stuck to the plate. The salmon was fried, I didn't see that it would be fried on the menu so I was surprised to see that. Salmon is an expensive seafood, frying it is a disservice to the fish and its natural rich taste and texture unless requested to be fried, which I didn't. The coconut shrimp was good but cold as well. I do like that they add gratuity to the check so I didn't have to think about it.

Valid question, I wish I could answer
Actually, the long Island I was drinking was surprisingly strong. I had 2 and I was like 😍 lol.
Depends on what you like, I ate light, lunch. Fried cod with salad biscuits
Hi Thelma....so sorry to hear this....it is unbelievable but true. The same happened to me with a salmon meal...no salmon...so sorry but no. It has not changed much but it is a clean quiet place and the servers really try and work hard...so I go cause it's convenient and close to home....

I would think so
It is quite large for NYC but you would need to check the website or call the restaurant directly for specifics.
You can make a reservation
Yes I always get Maple Glazed Chicken or Cajun Chicken Linguine Alfredo because I don't eat seafood.
The restaurant isn't consistent. Some days you go its delicious and other you go its just ok. The portions have gotten smaller. Expect 42nd street or tourist portion. Gratuities are automatically add, you can adjust when you pay. Staff is very nice and i havent had a bad server. So roll the dice and try it out
Red lobster? I don't think so! You will do better going to City Island. More food and better selection.
Appafently you believe RL to be a restaurant worthy of reserving a table. Or eating in. Those who believe so need to be exposed to nicer things in life. Shocking!
They take your temperature and information at the door and then socially distance the tables being used
