Hi Thelma....so sorry to hear this....it is unbelievable but true. The same happened to me with a salmon meal...no salmon...so sorry but no. It has not changed much but it is a clean quiet place and the servers really try and work hard...so I go cause it's convenient and close to home....
I have n e very had any issues there. The service was great.
Thanks for the answers. I'm telling you they didn't have any lobsters not one in the tanks. We probably will give them another chance. And as suggested we will call ahead 😊
Might want to consider calling ahead. Their menu is available online. A brief hold, & you'll know for sure.
You have to go when its not busy . Tuesday or Wednesday stay away from high peek times
I have never been there when they've run out of food. And I've eaten there since they've opened. Before there, we ate at their 42nd Street location, where they serve hundreds more, and still have they were never out of anything we requested. I guess, like family-you may want to give them a second chance.
