I don't think so. Highlands/Cashiers Animal clinic is no kill.
No! The Transylvania County Animal Shelter is NOT a "no kill" shelter. Cashiers/Highlands is but you need to call them and be put on a waiting list. You can't just drop off an animal there. As animals get adopted, they have space for more.
