Jeff, this place is named after Kent Taylor, apparently known as "Bubba" to some. He was the founder of Texas Roadhouse and then Bubba's 33. I forget what the 33 stands for, though. Bubba the Love Sponge had a brief stint in Philly when I lived there. Wonder what a love sponge restaurant experience would be like! 🤔😁
