This pizza is DEFINITELY a NY Style pizza. Coming from someone whom was raised and lived all over NYC from BX, Bkln, Qns, Manhattan, S.I. and even L.I. "Fuggedaboutit" the crust is perfectly crispy and a little burnt but soft on the inside but not too doughy (I hate it when pizza is too doughy) the cheese is perfectly melty and stringy, and the toppings are great! The garlic knots also freakin FANTASTIC and the wings are pretty good too. A MUST TRY if you've Ever lived in NYC and wanna try a little piece of home, this is the place to try. 👍🏼👍🏼 Only downside, they should have a couple tables inside during this heat...only 2 outdoor tables isn't cutting it.

The New York Jets of Italian restaurants. Their Pizza is not that great. But not completely terrible either. So I tried their chicken parm sub. - Two words; FREEZER BURN. They're using frozen chicken. Nothing wrong with that, so is every other pizza-place in the known universe. But don’t slice it up to make it seem like it's fresh. You're not fooling anyone. And frankly, If you served pizza and subs like this in the Northeast, you'd be run outta' there. Maybe that's why the place is here? New York New York Pizza is to Wesley Chapel what the New York New York "Hotel" and Casino is to Las Vegas.

This place certainly lives up to it's name. Rude employees and it smells disgusting. Walked up and tried to order. Didn't see a menu. I asked the employee if there was one and he must not have heard me and walked away. After standing there awkwardly he came back and when I asked again gave me a crumpled up stapled takeout menu and said that was the only one. After going outside to wait I had to bring my son back in to use the restroom. Employees were talking loud and buying weed. I don't care what they do and honestly working at a restaurant I'd expect them to partake. Maybe don't yell it in front of customers, especially kids though. That explains why he didn't pay attention to me before. Don't get baked to the point you can't focus on a few seconds of conversation. The back area smelled like ****. Restroom was clean and smelled fine but the area behind the kitchen was rotten. As far as the food goes, my hot garlic wings were delicious. The garlic parm wings were just plain wings with shaved garlic. No cheese or sauce just garlic. Kinda weird. My son had cheese pizza. It was good (impossible to screw up but then again I don't know how you screw up garlic parmesan wings) but I understand why they keep 6 different condiments on the table. I'm positive the only reason this place has such high ratings is people from up north with bland taste keep going there based on it's name.

So I grew up in New York and anyone who's lived there knows that they have arguably the best pizza. So obviously with a place called NY NY pizza comes with some high expectations. Wow did they deliver on them...no pun intended! Stringy cheese, check! Greasy and yet filled with flavor, check! It was a taste that took me back to days of old for a moment. Not pictured here are the boneless wings. They were so good that I ate the 10 piece before I remembered to take a photo. Try the mango habanero...it is amazing! Yep, I'm coming back!
