Made a reservation for the "Managers Special." Which it doesn't tell you means whatever extra they have, if any, not including SUVs If others have reservations for 2 or 4 door cars they'll get whatever cars they reserved, if they take them all you'll be SOL. Was told we can wait for others to come in and hopefully we can get put into one of those. If you do make a reservation, choose a type of vehicle, not the managers special. You still might be able to get a car. There was another couple who had a reservation and they still had to wait on returning cars, they would have got whatever car before me as well, so reservations don't do a thing, except make you have a better chance of getting a vehicle a few hours after your reservation if you wait there. Having to travel for 8 to 10 hours to see family before we return overseas, might as well take a flight instead of waiting for a potential car to show up.

The wait was incredibly long. I made a reservation online for pick up at 11. Arrived at 1045. The waiting area was packed with two employees working the counter. They were very friendly and courteous and did a great job of managing the crowd. Marcus assisted me with the rental process and was great! These two working behind the counter are doing a fantastic job! Management needs to give them a raise for what they had to deal with and give them more hands to help out! Finally leaving with a car 1.5 hours later.

I've been renting cars my whole life. I realized that usually I end up renting from Hertz. And for good reason! Hertz typically gives me the best car rental rate, which is the #1 factor for me and most people. Makes sense. But you surely don't want any hiccups or hassles when picking up your rental or when dropping it off. And with Hertz I cannot recall a time where the process was anything but smooth sailing. This past week I rented a car to carry us to an annual birthday bash in New Orleans. I was looking for something good on gas (when gas is over $4/gallon), comfortable but not a basic box on wheels, either. I rented a car online through a Corporate Discount Plan that I can take advantage of. That process was extremely easy, and I got a smokin' great rate! Yes! Come the day of the rental, I arrived at this Wesley Chapel Hertz location a bit early. They were pretty busy, but Nate and Johanny acknowledged my presence and advised they'd be with me shortly. No problem. In no time, Nate was getting my information together and getting me set up in a very nice rental car. I'll admit that the car I ended up with was a pleasant surprise. It was very roomy, fun to drive and great on gas, as it turns out. All of this at an excellent rate! The perfect solution... Four days later I returned in my rental ride, and Nate just happened to be there again. He seemed quite happy to hear a quick tale of our birthday bash weekend and how pleased we were with our rental. Nate was the model I view as what all Hertz employees should strive to be. He was dialed down accurate, professional and polite, with a real attention to what we needed. And THAT is what Customer Service is all about!

Needed a car a day early, Johanny helped me out, have me a great deal, and had me in and out in 10min! She was amazing! The crew there got the car very detailed and cleaned, extracted helpful & friendly staff! Highly recommended.

Hertz is longer at the state rd 56 location.
That's is good question since they're located in the mini dealership. You should call and ask.
Yes they are like Enterprise, pick up and drop off.
