Yess. That happens to me all the time, and I go there regularly. You call and nothing then you go and they are not busy at all. Then I ask why they don't answer and her response was maybe we were busy when you called, I called on the way there, I mean come on it only takes 5 mins to get there from my house.. You took care of everyone in 5 mins.. Yea right..
