I order 2 pizza today at your shop Miami Shore, one with cheese and one with beef, the lady make the mistake she put the sausage on my beef so I need to wait until she redo the pizza and when I guet home I just have 2 CHEESE PIZZAS !!! I call the shop 20 mn waiting and the lady answer me to come back I told her I’m not living close so I ask a credit she told me it’s fine when I come back and when I ask her name she hangs up on my face !!!

This is by far the worse place to get a pizza. A franchise that prides themselves on a fast time it takes them 30 to 50 minutes for a pizza. The empleare rude, lack of training, customer service is a low. They skip your order for friends orders and even if you order ahead, still isn’t ready. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Need more workers. The store is not that clean as always. Just see the front glass door not clean at all. Pizza is always delicious for me but is always the same since 2019 that I visit this place. Need better staff!

Maybe it's because you speak Spanish so terrible.
You cant serve yourself anymore,employees do it. You can only sit every other table & the pizza bar,is COMPLETELY covered up,you go up & tell them which pizza slices you would like& they serve them to you,on a fresh plate each time.
Never heard anything. But one time they were super slow in getting specialty pizzas.
Sunday morning 1134, some one need to train them! What can i say their wayes suck!!!
