Is this the amusement park you can see off I-70? My daughter is 2 1/2 and trying to plan some things to do with her this summer. Are there great amenities amd attractions for her age group?

Yes... They have some little kiddie rides... Tea cups, Merry go round, etc. So good for all ages.... Great place

Yes its off 70 and there are some rides she could take advantage of. Much more for ages 7 and up though, especially if you find a Groupon where you get a bracelet (ride as much as you want).
