Fort Desoto . possibly pass a grill beach pavillion have picnic areas but google them to verify.

No not at St Pete or Clearwater but down at Anna Maria Island they have a nice big picnic area

Not really.. if you mean like having a shade, tables and grill then I don't think they have that.
