ThereR no "Changing Rooms" but thereR restrooms. The Men's has only a handicap stall & the Women's has three which get wet & sandy thru the day. I suggest wearing Ur beach clothes under Ur street clothes and after maybe change in the restaurant, if they'll allow it. Otherwise w8 tilU get home or in Ur vehicle.
There's bathrooms with three stalls. They were clean when we arrived. Over the coarse of the day the floors were set and sandy. That's to be expected at the beach.

No changing booth, but. I see many people change in the parking lot. I even see a guy about 7 each morning shower
Yes they do, and you can change clothes with no problem. You may have to wait for a stall, but then it's fine. Wear your shoes, it is how you expect a beach bathroom to be. They keep it relatively clean.

No, just bathrooms which are smelly and dirty.
There are public restrooms available where you park. We usually change clothes there.
