There's always allot of people waiting and service "seems" slow because the food is cooked AS IT IS ordered, during the day anyhow. Maybe your food got cold quickly because it you ordered to go yesterday and the temps were so cold. It's not a home cooked meal that's been in the oven all day so just as quick as it received heat it also loses it. Basic science.
