My family has switched to Donato's because they offer Impossible sausage and Impossible pepperoni. We always order online and pick up our takeout inside the store. The staff is friendly, and our food is typically ready exactly when we requested. The store is clean and easy to get to. I'll be honest: it's not my favorite pizza in the world (imo they don't have enough cheese on the pizza, the crust is dry, and the sauce is too sweet), and we'll probably switch pizza joints once other places start offering Impossible toppings. But I'm guessing the recipe is a corporate decision out of the hands of local staff.

Pizza Fridays .. Donatos missed the mark today. Not only was it cold, but we ordered a calzone for the first time and never will again ! It was so small and thin and only 2 pieces had any cheese or pepperoni in it ! The rest was just empty crust. Also ordered 12 boneless wings only got 10. Ridiculous

My food wasn't ready when they said it would be. Then when I got home I had to call them because I didn't get the salad the way I ordered it. The manage told me I was late picking up my order. They need to get their info right. I was on time and was told it wouldn't be ready for another 15 mins. I do like their pizza though. They need to hire people who are competent.
